Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days from the day following receipt of the order. After this period, returns due to withdrawal will not be accepted.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect, unused condition, retaining all its accessories and components. It is recommended to return the product in its original packaging; if not, the product could suffer a depreciation in its value.
How to request a return?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision by sending an email to ecomadam14@gmail.com. You can write to us directly stating your order number or, if you prefer, copy and complete the form template at the bottom of this page.
Shipping costs and refund
The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will proceed to issue a full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
